Train your brain

Hello everybody
Today I'll talk to you about this article https://www.theguardian.com/education/2016/oct/24/want-to-train-your-brain-forget-apps-learn-a-musical-instrument

Well I can only play flute a little but I would love to learn how to play any other instrument if I had the time. Personally I love music and I really think it has the power to help youeven more if you can play it.  When I was still in high school I had to investigate about how the brain reacted to music and I found out that it had impressive efects on it.
This article shows a study that says that playing an instrument can help you to heal damage and train areas of it that normally people don't and I totally agree with it.The thing is that you need a lot of coordination and concentration to play an instrument so while you play it it certanly trains your brain and your passion for something amazing and beautiful like music.
I think we should all learn how to play an instrument to keep our brains healthy.

See you next week!

A Walk I Would Do Again

Hey guys!
Today I will tell you about a walk I wuld looove to do again

When I was about 6 years old my family and I used to go to Lican Ray every year, we stayed at a huge country house that was next to a forest. I can remember that the forest was so Disney, like I felt that the movie snow white happened there.
We had this tradition of taking a walk there every day after we came back from the beach around 6 pm and watch the sunset from a little hill that was in the middle of it.
I can perfectly remember singing songs with my parents while walking across the wood and being so happy and carefree about being there.
The year that my brother was born we didn't go cause he was so little and we couldn't take him with us or leave him all by himself and I must admit I was quite mad at him cause and blame him that we stopped going to that beautiful place that became one of my favourites. Sadly as the years passed my parents didn't want to go for many reasons but that didn't stop me so I started going by myself for a cuple of years before we switch the place for our vacations.
I would love to go back there, it was my favourite place to think. It was so calm and it smelled so good, like pine trees, the view was amazing all you could see was nature and well it takes me back to simpler times when I had no worries and all I did was to had fun
